1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Tejorder web app at https://app.tejorder.com, the installable / mobile app, this website and related services (the "Service") provided by Tejorder ("we", "us").

By creating an account, logging in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law. The Service is meant for business use.

3 Your Account & Security

• You log in with your mobile number and PIN. Keep your PIN secret and do not share it.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including the actions of users you add to your business.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Tell us immediately at prasannadigital101@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4 The Service

Tejorder helps you create sales invoices and purchase bills, calculate GST, manage parties, items and stock (including batches and serial numbers), record payments, and share invoices.

We keep improving the Service and may add, change or remove features. Some features may be marked "Beta" or "Coming soon" — these may change and may not always work as expected.

5 Plans, Bill Credits & Payments

• Some features or usage limits (such as the number of bills) depend on your plan or bill credits, as shown on our Pricing page or in the app at the time of purchase.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout.
• Bill credits are used as you create bills and may have a validity period shown at purchase.
• Unless required by law or clearly stated at the time of purchase, payments are non-refundable, and unused credits are not refundable or transferable.
• We may change prices in the future. Changes will not affect plans or credits you have already paid for.

6 Your Data

Your business data belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to enter your customers' and suppliers' details into the Service and for using that data lawfully.

We take regular backups, but please also keep your own copies of important records, for example by downloading or printing invoices.

7 Your Responsibilities — GST & Accuracy

Tejorder is a tool to help you keep records. It does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.

• You are responsible for the correctness of invoices, prices, tax rates, HSN/SAC codes, GSTIN, place of supply and other details you enter.
• You are responsible for filing your GST returns and complying with GST and other applicable laws.
• Please check important documents before sharing them, and consult a qualified professional for tax matters.

8 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create fake invoices, evade taxes, or for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
• Try to access another business's data or any part of the Service you are not allowed to access.
• Upload viruses or harmful code, or disrupt or overload the Service.
• Copy, reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing product from the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data from the Service.
• Send spam or unlawful messages through the sharing features.

9 Sharing & Invoice Links

When you share an invoice, anyone with the link can view that invoice. You are responsible for sharing links only with the right people. WhatsApp, SMS and email are provided by third parties, and their own terms apply.

10 Third-Party Services

The Service may use or link to third-party services such as payment gateways, messaging apps and hosting providers. We are not responsible for their availability, content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

11 Availability & Support

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to pause the Service for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control, such as internet or power failures. We will try to give advance notice of planned maintenance.

12 Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos and the name "Tejorder", belongs to Tejorder and is protected by law. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while your account is active. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the Service without any obligation to you.

13 Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make any warranty that the Service will meet all your requirements, or that calculations, reports or tax figures will be free from error in every situation. Please review your records before relying on them.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, business, goodwill or data, or tax penalties arising from incorrect entries.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

15 Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses, claims and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or the data you enter into the Service, including any breach of tax or data protection laws by you.

16 Suspension & Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account.
• We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, misuse the Service, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will give you notice first.
• After your account is closed, you may lose access to your data. Please export your records before closing your account. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

17 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably — please contact us. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts at Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction.

18 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes we will notify you in the app or by message before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
