Quick answers

Is TejOrder free to start?

Yes. New accounts get the Free plan with 100 bills that never expire. There is no monthly fee — paid plans are yearly.

When is a bill used?

One bill is used each time you post a sales invoice. Drafts are free.

Are bills shared between my businesses?

Yes. Bills are shared across all your businesses.

I am not GST registered. Can I still make bills?

Yes. Without a GST registration your business is treated as not registered for GST, and your bills are made without GST.

I cannot see AI Virtual Try-On in the menu. Why?

Turn on AI Virtual Try-On for the branch in Settings → Additional Features, and tick Garment in Business → Software Style. It then shows under AI Virtual Studio.

Is a Try-On credit used if the try-on fails?

No. If the AI cannot make the image, the credit is returned. Try-On credits are separate from bills.

What happens to customer photos taken for AI Virtual Try-On?

Customer photos are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
