Short answer
Open AI Virtual Studio → Catalog → Add Item. Choose the type and category, add a name, up to 5 clear photos and who it is for. On the Try-On screen the customer then just taps the product.
Steps
- Open AI Virtual Studio → Catalog Catalog shows when at least one AI feature is on in Settings → Additional Features.
- Tap Add Item and choose the type For Try-On choose Clothing & Fabric, then the category such as Shirt, Kurta or Saree.
- Choose who it is for Men, Women, Kids, or Men & Women. The product then shows when the customer picks Male, Female or Kids.
- Add a name, price and photos Add up to 5 photos (JPG, PNG or WebP) and crop them in the browser. The first photo is the main one the AI uses.
- Choose the branch and save Show the item in all branches, or only one. You can turn an item off any time without deleting it.
Using TejOrder billing? You can link a catalog item to an inventory item, and its name, code and price come from there.
Photo tips
- Show the full garment, open and flat or on a hanger.
- Use a plain background and good light.
- For fabric, make sure the design and texture are clearly visible.
- Crop away other things so only the product is left.
Catalog photos are private. They open only for your own business and branch after login.
